The staff here were so kind to my dog and myself. They took the time to explain post surgery information for us and the cost is so much better then what I would have paid. Roxy is recovering nicely.

Did a wonderful job on my great Dane. Had to drive outside my city as they don't do large dogs like mine locally. Her incision was perfect and hardly noticed one. I had to message them the next day as she wasn't eating and they showed much concern and gave me advice. I got her to eat luckily and messaged them right away. We both were releaved. Very happy with them and my experience was more then I could ask for. My girl healed nicely and doesn't even look like she was spayed. Definitely recommend them as I was quoted over 1,000 to do amature dog and it only cost me 245 for her. I believe in spaying after 2 years and most vets should support this. I'm very fortunate for a program like Welland SPCA spay neuter clinic!

I learned via Facebook that they were holding a nail trimming ($20) and microchipping event. I live close by so it was the perfect opportunity as my dog was desperately needing his nails clipped.I was concerned I would be waiting a long time out in the heat, but there was no line when we got there and we were able to go right in.The staff was super friendly and it seemed very clean inside. My cat was brought in eight years ago to be spayed and the receptionist gladly looked up our records from back then and was able to tell me my cats birthday.I would definitely return if they decided to host another nail trimming event at this.

I was very anxious dropping off my 1.5 year old Cavapoo to get spayed this past Friday. The staff were so sweet towards my doggy and I that it made me feel so much more comfortable dropping her off. They were very adamant that all owners be aware of pre and post surgery protocols and provided such information. They were very organized, timely and professional. Absolutely recommend! Strictly neuter and spay clinic for cats and dogs. I and friends have been here a number of times. Never a problem with any surgeries. Super caring, organized, makes sure you are aware of procedure through speaking, emails, written printouts, and follow up phone call. Less expensive. (and my vet actually understands this).

This clinic is absolutely amazing. They make sure everyone is prepped for before and after surgery.Even got an email the day after to confirm my dog is healing okay and to ask if I had any questions. I sent in a picture to confirm the incision was looking good and they responded pretty quickly.I couldn't have picked a better office to go to.Thank you everyone for your work, you have all made this experience so much better.

I was super nervous about getting my dog neutered , someone recommended the clinic and decided to look into it. I was a worried momma but all the ladies at the office answered all my email questions ( I am sure I was driving them nutty ) They took such good care of my Brodie from drop off to when he was there for his surgery to pick up. Everyone was extremely helpful and super friendly. I would highly recommend!

Had our cat neutered here last year and our dog just neutered yesterday.. Great experience.. Well worth the 1 1/2 hour drive as the prices are so much lower than the local clinics.. Staff is really nice and care about the animals
