186 St Animal Hospital Surrey Langley

I got a kitten a little over a year ago, and this vet was very close to my house. After reading reviews, we decided it would be a good place to try out. Flash forward to now - Dracula has been there for regular checkups, vaccines, neuter, and an emergency and 186 st has always been fantastic!They are always so accommodating, especially with their extended hours and weekend availability. It also makes a WORLD of a difference when you walk in and the staff are personable and attentive. It is very easy to tell that all the staff members here genuinely care so much for your pets! Overall, I cannot say enough good things about them.. and the office kitties are a bonus :)

I brought my dog in for a small injury on his paw that I wanted to make sure was healing properly. The office had great service and helpful friendly front office staff but the vet that saw our dog spent 10 minutes pulling his leg away from his body and being so careless in his examination that he was pushing on the injury with his fingers while looking for it - after we had already told him where it was and it was obviously a sensitive spot. He still tried to upcharge us for extra medicine when he didn't even get a good look at it.All in all, we left feeling like the vet was careless and did not have enough experience or empathy for injured dogs. Our dog is completely scarred from the vet experience and we will not be coming back.

We started coming here a year ago, We are so happy to have found this place after having horrible experiences elsewhere. They will accommodate you, never turn you down, reasonable rates. The vet will always explain in detail what procedure is being done, what medications are being given, what are our options. They spend so much time with you and your pets, never felt rushed. Showed up recently for an apt. a day early. Wasn't turned away and they can be busy instead I was accommodated. The entire staff here is so friendly and loving towards our pets. We feel safe, welcomed and cared for here. Our pets feel safe here and are so relaxed when they visit. Highly recommend this vet hospital.

Truly amazing vets office! My cat has some serious attitude when we go to the vet, and has had other vets basically refuse to do more than the bare minimum with him because of it. The staff at 186st Animal hospital were great with him, did everything to get him checked out and taken care of, and even called the next day to see how he was doing! Just a great experience during a difficult time for my boy!

They were so nice, and real made us comfortable with all the details. The veterinarian couldn't have been more pleasant.

Always fantastic care! My cat was (understandably) nervous but we were in and out in under 10 minutes!She got her annual checkup, a vaccination, and a pill to take home. Very well priced and the staff are so caring and good with animals :)

Very friendly place.Not expensive.What I love the most about them is that there is no shaming to pet parents about anything, they listen to you, give you advice, suggest medication and are very considerate about if you can afford it, they know that we all do what we can to make sure our fur babies are healthy and happy.They have been taking care of my 4 cats for two years now.
