I couldn't get ahold of my vet and needed to get in relatively quick. I called a couple of vets, and no one could get us in. I called them, and they told me I could get her in first thing the next morning. Then they called me back not too long later with an opening for the same day! They were so nice to talk to and so helpful !!! Switching vets to them now ❤️

Absolutely amazing!!! Would recommend to anyone with pets and I wouldn’t go anywhere else myself, they took excellent care of my 4 year old cat Melon, and she was calm and happy when I got to see her again, the staff and doctor excelled in being careful, kind and loving to our little fur balls.THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Everytime we are there our pets are so cared for. People genuinely care for animals and make us feel heard. Reasonably. Priced for the high quality vet care.

I moved to Sherwood Park from B.C. in August, 2022. My dog, Basil, a Westie/Maltese cross, is 10 years old and needed veterinary care soon after we arrived. It happened that a local groomer recommended Granada to me and I feel very fortunate to have taken their good advice. The ladies that work in reception are very friendly, helpful and knowledgable. The techs, too, have also looked after my boy with good care. I feel that the clinic is well run and clean. I am very happy and comfortable with the vets that have treated Basil; Drs Lawrence and Kudla, and both have provided calm and tender treatment and have communicated with me with professionalism and compassion. I know Basil is in good hands any time I have taken him to the clinic.

Took my 10 week old puppy to get his shots. This was the first time I have been to Granada Veterinary Clinic and I was so impressed! The ladies at the front desk were so kind and friendly, working very hard too make sure Niall was not afraid. Happiness, kind words and treats. Heidi, my dog that passed a while ago was afraid of the Vet (not this Vet, a different clinic)... terrified for sure. I didn't want Niall to be afraid, the staff made sure it was a fun experience. We saw Dr. Spring, who was so kind and very happy to answer all our questions, no rushing us out of the room, which was our experience with the other" Vet Clinic. On our way out we received a folder with lots of puppy information to help us on our way. They didn't push any products

Excellent doctors, staff and service. They kept us informed of our dogs condition during surgery and took great care of them. Would highly recommend them.

Granada Veterinary Clinic is our regular vet, and they’re awesome! While our cats, Bandit and Waffles, don’t LOVE their visits out of the house to see Dr Kudla - she sure loves to see them.The Granada team are gentle, kind, compassionate, and there for you through the good and bad. They truly recognize that pets are part of the family and want your family members to live their best lives - inside and out!The prices are reasonable, the team is thorough, and extremely knowledgeable! I’d 100% recommend Granada Veterinary Clinic to anyone looking for a new vet!

If I can give 10 or 100 stars to this clinic, I will. I have been going to this clinic since I got Carter (2016) and I am so blessed enough that my dog is still under Dr. Jared’s care. Though I had a rough start with them, everything was put behind it and just continued to always go to them anyways.Monday this week. When I had an emergency for my dog, I called them. I was told the vet can only see me on Friday, as that’s the only available spot they have. I was sad and was ready to go see other vet. I asked if I can be put on a cancellation list and she said she can’t promise but she’ll try. The front desk (Jen, I think was her name) called me 2 hours later and said that their vet had finished surgery, so she has time to see Carter. I brought in my dog and not only was he seen by Dr. Kirby Spring (can’t thank you enough), we got his prescription filled also from the clinic.These are the kind of service this clinic do - they go above and beyond. I am not saying everyone will get the same treatment, but they do try to accommodate everyone.So thank you, Dr. Jared and to your whole entire team. Please keep up the good work. Carter can’t wait to see you every year

My cat was being watched by my brother in law (whom had changed food without me knowing and basically stoped caring for the cat). When I got him back he looked severely neglected and really matted. I felt extremely overwhelmed by his state. I called this vet clinic and explained the situation, they were completely non judgmental and got him in right away. Due to his age and him being a little extra grouchy they were able to sedate him and clear off his mats, vaccinate him and really take excellent care of him. They helped me find the right food fit for him and come up with an additional care plan to help get him as healthy as he could and take care of some additional health concerns. The vet was great and called me twice with detailed updates during his drop off/ pick up visit. Honestly super caring, super clean clinic. Would recommend!!
