Super in home service, just the best!!! Becky and her crew work to accommidate me with timings every visit and my Morris gets his nails done, clipped and capped no stress. So happy as I could never do it myself, he is far to squirmy. Plus I've had dozens of pet care questions answered without any product up sell, a welcome change to most every other 'new pet' experience I've had while out and about seeking answers.

We were so nervous to bring our new rescued puppy into a grooming salon with other dogs present as she is very scared and reactive. We were also warned that when her nails were trimmed, she needed a muzzle and it was a nightmare to do. We decided to try Trooper Pet and OMG we are so relieved and grateful. We had Melanie come to our house who got on all hands and knees to keep our puppy comfortable during the nail trimming. She did not need a muzzle and the whole thing was over so quickly, her nails are amazing!! She also snuck in an ear cleaning as our puppy does not let us near her ears! We can't wait to book our next fear free appointment, thank you :)
